The staff here is very friendly and the location next to the river is beautiful with a great place nearby to relax.

The room had a seating area, a writing table, and a comfortable couch, as well as an exceptionally cozy bed. I enjoyed the view of the river from my window. - the hotel is in an amazing setting, very close to central Bamberg and the main sightseeing areas and city center.

Comfortable bed, big size bathroom and central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV in the room. Great views of the park and the stream and good facilities. Peaceful location, within easy walking distance of Ludwig-Donau-Main-Kanal. Well managed, very responsive staff, delicious breakfast.

The marvellous location was easy walk to Concert Hall Bamberg. We also went to city center, located relatively near the hotel.

welcome exceeded my expectations during this peaceful break. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the hotel had everything i required. with good breakfast, air conditioning in the room, and a fantastic restaurant/bar onsite, it was a perfect stay. and the short walk to the town center was a bonus.

Pet charge was extortionate.

Suggest that you provide non-slip mats for the shower for safety reasons, especially for old people like me.

Our stay in this hotel was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just across the river and a short walk from all of the main attractions. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with good air conditioning and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of choice and a nice view over the river. We also appreciated the free digital locking safe in the room and the friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi was a bit unreliable and limited to only two devices.

The staff were very helpful, and the location was very pretty.

One of the reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was the air conditioning, but it was ineffective. Even after being on all night, the room was still far too hot. Also, the shower drained at a very slow speed, so after only 2 minutes in the shower, the bathroom was flooded.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It has a wonderful location on the river with a lovely view, and it's also in a peaceful area. The free street parking nearby was a bonus. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially the dog-friendly amenities such as the dog blanket, bowl, and treat waiting in the room. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
